Dave's Diet, Sleep, and Workout Log Day 14

Sleep: 10 hours (10:30 PM - 8:30 AM)

Exercise: 1 Hour TRX and weight training

Diet:
2:30 PM- 5 bananas and 10 barhee dates
7:00 PM - 2 apples
7:30 PM - romaine lettuce, celery, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, sweet corn, mushrooms, avocado
8:30 PM- raw cashews
