Exercise: 1 hour TRX workout with weight training

Diet:
10:00 AM: 5 barhee dates

12:00 PM : 3 apples

4:00 PM : 6 bananas and barhee dates

7:30 PM: Romaine lettucs, cucumber, sweet peppers, sweet corn, celery, green beens, carrots, avocado
