Dave's Diet, Exercise, and Sleep Log: Day 15

Sleep: 11 hours (11:30 PM - 10:30 AM)

Exercise: 1 hour TRX and Weight lifting

Diet:
11:00 AM: 2 red delicious apples

2:00 PM: 4 bananas and barhee dates

6:00 PM: 1/2 pound of fresh blueberries

7:30 PM: 1 head of romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, sweet corn, avocado

8:00 PM: 1 baked potato
