Exercise: Day off

Diet:

12:00 PM: 3/4 pound of blueberries

1:00 PM: 3 bananas and barhee dates

4:30 PM: 3 bananas and barhee dates

7:30 PM: 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 5 mini peppers, celery. cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, avocado

8:30 PM: sweet corn and 1 baked potato
