Dave's Diet, Sleep, and Workout Log: Day 8

Sleep: 9.5 hours (12:00 AM-9:30 AM)

Exercise: 1 hour TRX workout

Diet:
11:00 AM - 2 apples

1:00 PM - 1/2 pound of blueberries

4:30 PM - 3 bananas and barhee dates

7:30 PM - lettuce, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, mushrooms

8:30 PM - sweet corn and 1 baked potato

9:30 PM - raw cashews and pistachios
