
Diet: 
10:30 AM  4 bananas and barhee dates
5:00 PM   1 head of romaine lettuce, 1 red pepper, 1 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, raw cashews and pistachios
9:00 PM:  Smoothie- 5 bananas, 6 kiwis, blackberries
9:30 PM:  Handful of barhee dates
Exercise:  1 hour TRX 
Sleep:  8 hours  (11:00 PM-7:00 AM)
