Dave's Diet, Sleep, and Workout Log: Day 17

Sleep: 9.5 hours (11:00 PM- 8:30 AM)

Exercise: 1 hour TRX and weight training

Diet:

11:00 AM- 3 apples, 6 dates

1:30 PM - 1/2 head of lettuce, cucumber, millet bread

6:15 PM - 2 apples

8:00 PM- Smoothie: 5 bananas, 5 kiwis, 10 strawberries
