Sleep: 9 hours (11:30 PM-8:30 AM)

Exercise: Outdoor walking

Diet:
12:00 PM - 3 large apples

3:30 PM - 2 bananas and 5 medjool dates

6:30 PM - romaine lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, avocado, celery, carrots, sweet corn, steamed broccoli, mushrooms

9:00 PM - Raw unsalted almonds
