6:30 PM: 1 Red pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, portabello mushrooms, 1/2 head of lettuce
7:30 PM: Sweet corn and 1 baked potato
9:00 PM: Handful of raw unsalted cashews
