
Diet:
1:00 PM: 2 apples, 3 bananas, 6 barhee dates, 1/2 head of green leaf lettuce
6:00 PM: Half head of green leaf lettuce, half cucumber, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1 bowl of sweet corn, raw pistachios and raw cashews
Workout: Half hour walk at the trails, 1 hour weight lifting session at the gym
