Food Shopping (Winter Season)

Dave's Food List

-Food List Below represents the food purchased during 1 visit to the farmer's market. When I buy any particular food in bulk, each variety of fruit varies in degree of ripeness. The food below will feed me for 1-2 weeks. Each food gets ripe at different times and provides me with enough available ripe food at any given time without anything going bad. This takes practice but gets much easier with each trip to the market.

-Most meals consist of one kind of food only. Hence, buying in bulk. If foods are eaten together, the rules of food combining are closely adhered to. The food below will account for about 35 meals. At 3 meals per day, this food will last about 12 days. Total food bill for the 2 weeks = about $175-$200, or about $90-$100 per week.
